Basically, you are asking what if the Nazis did not attack the Soviet Union and focused just on the Western front. Well, there's no guarantee that the Soviets would not have attacked Germany since Stalin was extremely paranoid and would have feared Hitler's power. And despite being leftist ideologies, Naziism and Communism have nothing in common other than instilling fear and dominating/coercing people through the threat of violence and force and eventually, they would have clashed leading to the same result.

He didn't just throw out communism, he threw out liberalism and conservatism in favor of a fascist dictatorship that preyed on peoples "feels" that Germany was the best nation and thus needed to aggressively snuff out all opposing ideologies. Communists were targeted first in their own country because they were the most ideologically opposed to it and had the organization to present a palpable threat if allowed to respond, like the USSR eventually did.

Most of his opposing forces were WW2 were "white" nations: Great Britain, France and the US. Fascism inevitably creates too many enemies for them to effectively counter because the ideology is predicated on hate of others. The Slavic nations would have likely never agreed to join forces with his deranged worldview, and even if they caved to the military or economic pressure, they would never believe in the mission with the same fanatical zeal as the Germans who were convinced of their own superiority. So probably still lost if not at the same time as the normal timeline, but at some point in the timeline.
