MS Attorney General Lynn Fitch is now charging all six officers with.
-Aggravated assault
-Home invasion
-Obstruction of justice
-Hindering prosecution in the first degree
-Conspiracy to commit obstruction of justice/hinder prosecution
Stacking State Charges on top of the Federal charges they already plead guilty to, they are all going to die in jail.

"This brutal attack caused more than physical harm to these two individual victims; it severed that vital trust with the people. This abuse of power will not be tolerated. The Attorney General’s Office is committed to delivering justice for these victims and for all Mississippians," Fitch said in a statement.
Hunter Elward, Christian Dedmon, Brett McAlpin, Jeffrey Middleton, Daniel Opdyk and Joshua Hartfield pleaded guilty in federal court Thursday to charges stemming from the January torture of Eddie Parker and Michael Jenkins, who was also shot in the face.
Federal officials said the former lawmen not only brutalized the two men, they also tried to cover it up by planting evidence and lying to investigators about what happened.
