yeah cassette is kinda old school, but I'm doing all older pure analog recordings, all vinyl from before about 1984 thats when digital takes over.

you'd be surprised how good sounding Vinyl ripped cassettes can sound...

I have high end digital streamers and recorders...I even upload HQ vinyl rips to youtube....I can copy tapes same time as digital ripping.

IDK pure Analog sounds different....I have a system that can do it all.

I'm making some tapes so I can use them in my cassette walkman on vacation for a pure break from digital world,,,,pure analog recordings and playback

here is some Robin trower I ripped earlier today

Yeah, I have an amazing digital ability also, but all analog is different, I can't say one is better than the other, Analog and digital have there pro's and Con's..... Analog has a smoothness and spaciousness, it can do a 3D sound and realism that digital can't even come close to...However digital can achieve a clarity and transparency that is its own sonic bliss that is utterly out of this world.

but they both can't do what the other can.

cassettes still have there place too, they have a form and function that is all its own and stll worth while....its useing evertyhtning in the right place and time..
