clean and jerk are the darwin of lifts

srsly most people i see that attempt them fuk them selves up. why do people even bother doing it unless they're training for a sport or for a competition in the power clean and jerk. just stick to squats, deadlifts and over head press you n00bs

Power cleans are my favorite lift and I hardly ever see anyone doing them. It's easier to hurt yourself on deadlifts simply because of the weight difference
