Is anger the worst emotion?

It's no fun and you only want to do dumb chit. Rather be sad than angry. At least with sadness you can cry or something and get it over with. Anger you gotta just wait out and try your best not to say anything stupid.

I got super angry at the garbage truck driver this morning.

He walked onto the road from behind his truck and blamed me for almost killing him.

Anger is good, it means you value yourself. Ppl that never get angry are either depressed or have very low self worth. Just gotta learn how to utilized it correctly, thats the hard part

I get angry all the time, not as in beating up ppl/things, but more like I don't like the situation I'm in so Im gonna change it. Use it as fuel

If everybody removed jealousy from themselves the world would be a great place…anger can be useful at times…if its mass anger then its destructive
