Authorities in the South Bay are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 17-year-old girl from Saratoga.

Katherine Schneider was last seen July 5 leaving her home in a white 2019 Honda Accord with California license plate 8KLK251 and tinted windows, the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office said.

Schneider is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and 115 pounds. She has blue eyes and straight blonde hair, the sheriff's office said.

there is one documentary on youtube about this guy that used to kidnap girls and take them to this remote lorry trailer. inside was a gyno chair that held the legs apart. where he would use his homemade contraptions on them... as well as letting his dogs fk them. he would time it all to see which dog would nut the fastest. of course record it all too to resell online

anyway, he didn't kill the girls. he said he drugged them beforehand, did what he wanted to break them mentally, and then drugged them and let them go on the side of the street. so that they would have to wake up and live with it

Females put themselves in stupid vulnerable situations all the time then people wonder how bad stuff can happen.

If you are a parent you really need to add some dateline as mandatory viewing because every one of those stories start off with a missing girl who did something stupid.

There is probably about a 90% chance that whoever owns that white car has warrants, is on parole or both. Also probably in his 30's or something like that too. Obviously they have the license plate so why arent they saying who the car belongs to? Its probably because we already pretty much can do the math.

A frantic mother has pleaded for help finding her ‘shy, introverted’ teenage daughter a month after she vanished without her phone from her home in Saratoga, California.

Katherine Schneider, 17, was last seen driving off in her white 2019 Honda Accord on July 5. Police continue to search for clues on what happened to the teen and where she went.

Her family has heard nothing from the teen who is 5-foot-5-inches tall, with straight blonde hair and blue eyes.

'As a family, we know Katie to be so much more than a pretty face,' wrote mom Nola Schneider on Instagram.

'Please reach out to us if you know anything that might suggest her whereabouts. Much love.'

Nola said her daughter had no ID, money or credit cards on her when she disappeared and the family immediately informed police.

'We think she didn't expect to be gone for long,' she wrote.

'She left without informing us of her plans, and left her belongings behind, making it incredibly challenging for us to locate or establish communication with her.

'I am missing my daughter so much.

'If you have any information that may be helpful please contact us.'

Police immediately launched a hunt for the girl and have now released a photo of the white Honda with tinted windows she disappeared driving. The California license plate reads 8KLK251.

'The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile from the City of Saratoga,' a spokesman wrote.

'Katherine Schneider was last seen leaving her residence on July 5, 2023, driving a white 2019 Honda Accord (CA License Plate #8KLK251) with tinted windows.

'Katherine is described as a 17-year-old white female juvenile, with straight blonde mid-back-length hair, and blue eyes.

Nola has posted a series of heartbreaking photos of her missing daughter on Instagram, including one of Katie with her sister on a beach just days before she disappeared.

'We reported Katie's disappearance immediately to law enforcement and have subsequently followed their guidance and direction,' she wrote on Saturday.

'We continue to work closely with law enforcement and have delayed going public in part because we wished to honor their efforts to find Katie.


'At the same time, because Katie is a shy, introverted child, we have tried to protect her privacy, and to do whatever we can to find her.'
