I do, but I barely ever use it because I don't know how to incorporate it into recipes .....
Anytime I have used it, I haven't noticed a huge improvement in the food.

people not feeling well from msg is nothing new.
i always thought of it as a man made chemical salt knock-off that makes food taste better than salt.
i wouldn't be surprised if something is up with that stuff...

I have a bottle of MSG in my kitchen now. It was bought at a bodega as a joke and has been there ever since.

a ton of processed foods and snacks have msg including probably most of your favorite chips like Doritos. If you're eating that stuff and not getting sick, then msg itself does not make you sick. simple.
