How am I supposed to call a country where modernized plumbing isn't standard, anything other than a complete and utter chithole? I mean, it's 2023 ffs, yet neighborhoods from the 1940's around here have plumbing and electric that is 50x more advanced than some of these chitholes will ever be on the whole.

These places are 3rd world chitholes, plain and simple.
