Biden is a garden variety neoliberal on the economic right wing so of course he doesn't give a shyt about the middle class. He is less horrible for this than any Republican though obviously.

Every single one of my drivers makes six figures or at least has the ability. Trucking rates have skyrocketed the last decade, so I would argue he didn't do anything.


Side note, this is the exact kind of thing that is causing the a faster shift to autonomous trucking/better utilization of load then any other industry

For the most part, you have to start out as a part timer. Generally takes 5-8 years before you have enough seniority to bid into it.
