Why is Hiroshima thriving despite being nuked but Haiti not?

Both received heavy us involvement in terms of relief and aid. Both island nations

Why is Hiroshima thriving?

Or...if Haiti was nuked would we expect to see similar results as Hiroshima?

Singapore and Taiwan are hot and humid af though year round

Haiti has been bodied by European nations for almost its entire existence. Japan was an absolute powerhouse before they got nuked twice. They would’ve taken China if they hadn’t come poke the bear.

JK Japan is just better. They’re better than America too. Look at how they clean up after themselves, look at their low crime rate, look at their desire to uphold honor. Very few countries can measure up. This is why they don’t accept many immigrants to live there.

First Haiti is a country, Hiroshima is a city. Second, Hiroshima was nuked, and so was Nagasaki, but the rest of Japan was still there. Haiti was destroyed by the French, to the point where fuking trees don't even grow any more in their land. Then Haiti had to pay reparations to France.
