you can't live in your own bubble and disregard others, competition is motivation and necessary; an individual should strive to be better than others.
I want to compare myself to lifters, instead of coping and realizing by lifting consistently I'm probably stronger than 80% of people, simply because they are female, non lifters, or cucks
