There are some things it does that really struggles, but the things it does right, it does REALLY well, and in a fraction of the time as a human.

If you're a new landlord and want to write a lease agreement from scratch? Boom just give it the parameters to go by, and it will crank it out in about a minute....something that otherwise would have taken a human a full afternoon to research and type out.

Grant proposals? Done.
Copywriters? Done.
Affidavits? Done.
Need a new resume for a job? Done
Want a cover letter to go with that resume? Done.

Also I doubt you're using Chatgpt-4. It looks like you're using something antiquated like GPT 3 or Googles "Bard"

If you know the prompts to tell it, it will give you the answer to just about anything you need

It's 3.5. If it struggles with arithmetic, and I'm a landlord writing a contract, that's a no from me dawg.

1300sqft house bought for $120k in 2015, put down 35k. Mortgage is less than 500/mo. City, school taxes/ins the rest.
Mathematics and it's various associated math functions is only of the only things it truly struggles with.

A lot of the strike in Hollywood is because studio execs want to use AI to replace a lot of writers and background characters. They want AI to write scripts, then have writers "punch them up." Even if SAG wins it will be temporary.
Obviously actors need to learn to code.
