At what age does the male body decline ?

I was asking miscers in what age does the male body decline and I had pretty vague answers so I did my own research :

-LeBron (37)
-Messi (35)
-Ronaldo (37)
-Vince Carter was 41 when he retired

Of course these men are people who have been blessed and are not what is representative of the average man . But still even if you put in 5% effort as much as these dudes , I bet you can be in top shape over most of the men in the age group 18-50 .

Also :

Eliud Kipchoge (38)
Is a long distance runner , he is regarded as the top 10 best ever and the current best

Also my standard for fitness is nothing less than the Ranger Regiment and this guy made there at 41 :

Crazy

This is just talking about Physical prime , I haven't mentioned some people go back to school to switch careers and learn an entirely new profession !

I have hope now

Ranger at 41? That's impressive, thought there was an age cutoff for that.

28-30 is the peak in terms of being fully grown while still having good skin. After that you better be moisturizing every day srs.

Starts to decline around 30. That’s when the back and knee problems start up and cause a cascade of general decline also balding is common to start around that age.

average male these days early 20s

right after high school they will have less and less exercise due to college/party or working 9-5

gym will be an inconsistent thing for most
even outdoor activities are on the downward side since guys just a few same things

hang out with friends, play games, watch tv/movie

different areas : Sex, Speed, Strength, cognition etc peak and decline at different times and there is also a genetic component ....this will obviously differ between men and depend on how well they look after and maintain their physical and mental health

My college advisor got his pilot license at 45 , so I guess brain cognition can stay alive till 50 . If you have a job that requires you to use brain cells .

Genetics play a strong role. For most around age 30, some not until 40s. Once you reach a certain age you have to decide if strength or endurance is more important to you, because you can't have both the way you did at age 20.

No drugs but drank a lot of beer . I don’t think that had F all to do with me feeling a decline physically.

15-16 years old me was a lazy PoS.

19-22 I was lean and athletic.

23-26 I was not as bad as early teens, but bloated a bit and wasn't pushing it.

27 I put in work and got lean and athletic again.

28 (now) so far I am only like 10 pounds above my target weight.

My peak so far was 21/22 probably. But I felt pretty close to that at 27.

I know my opinion isn't very helpful since I'm still in my twenties, but I'd like to think it comes down to this: the amount of effort you put into your diet/fitness can lead you to a new peak, or similar to a prior peak, even when you're older (40s and below). There's lots of examples of guys who were lazy, fat, no muscle, all in their 20s and younger, reaching their peak in their 30s.

But then you've got guys like Tom Cruise who defy everything about aging in his 50's and now 60s, he had some good definition even in his late 40's (maybe not by misc standards). David Goggins was obese and didn't start working out until he was 24.

It doesn't until way beyond your 40s, but fat lazy ****s stop training hard and let their diet go to chit. Then they hop on TRT while claiming that the government wants to crash their test levels lmao

Id say early to mid thirties. You can of course achieve great things beyond that, but you're fighting against ageing at that point. Personally my strength peaked around 32-34 and cardio at 36 (I am 40). I believe I could get to the same levels again, or beyond... but I'd need a year with no small or large injuries holding me back, and that just doesn't happen any more. Everything takes a bit longer to heal and recover.

what you can and need to do is get to a point whereby you are maintaining the best level of fitness and strength you can , a lot of this depends on maintaining healthy weight and getting good sleep along with nutrition.

if you are lucky with genetics and dont go bald then you can push your healthspan much further than you think

i'm 59, same weight as i was at 19, play a 90 min football match every week, full body workout 2x per week, 1 heavy bag work out per week
average 10k steps per day........i have GOAT hair genetics both colour and not going bald..............

NB dont do miles of running it ages you and fcks up your joints and heart long term

This. First time I have though about taking care of my skin was at age 30 - it looks a bit more dull and patchy compared to my mid 20's. Good thing everything else like wrinkles and shyt is not there.

Might do an IPL procedure to even out my skin tone. Dark cicles are a bit more visible than before - so I have to take care of them as well.

I'm pretty certain it's a scientific fact that the human body begins to naturally break down and atrophy at 30. I remember reading that in a bio textbook. That means that fighting the aging process and lifting weights past 30 is integral to long-term wellbeing. I've got more little aches, pains, and muscular fatigue than 15 years ago but nothing too extreme. Still hitting them heavy ass weights (responsibly, mind you). Never had a lifting-related injury nor do I plan to (hopefully).

men peak at 30. providing you take reasonable care of yourself it's a slow decline to 50, after that you start to rot

women peak at 23, look good till 28, then they rapidly start to decline, when they're 40 just lol

From my own experience, 27 was the first time I saw my reflection and noticed these lines around my eyes that were never there before and it was the first sign of any aging.

Then once I hit 30 I noticed an almost immediate decline, started to get little aches and niggles, I wouldn't say it was a massive drop off or anything but I definatley didn't feel as good as in my 20s.

Im 35 now and I'd say i still feel pretty much the same as I did at 30, though I'm doing pre-emptive stuff to avoid another decline at 40

I am really blessed with my hair genetics, if I started going bald I'd probably rope srs.
