Your most annoying, hating, lying political oppositions. Have empathy, pray for them, understand them.

I got punched in the face last week. Sometimes you got to get punched in the face to learn something.

There are no more barriers to cross. All I have in common with the uncontrollable and the insane, the vicious and the evil, all the mayhem I have caused and my utter indifference toward it I have now surpassed. My pain is constant and sharp and I do not hope for a better world for anyone, in fact I want my pain to be inflicted on others. I want no one to escape, but even after admitting this there is no catharsis, my punishment continues to elude me and I gain no deeper knowledge of myself; no new knowledge can be extracted from my telling. This confession has meant nothing.
It's a hot night. The mind races. You think about your knife: the only friend who hasn't betrayed you, the only friend who won't be dead by sunup. Sleep tight mates, in your quilted chambray night shirts.

If safety is the price for being loved then it's worth it.

I don’t turn the other cheek. Or pray for any enemies. I tried forgiveness before . It’s what you’re commanded to do but most of us it’s too hard. It’s too much for them to follow. Doesn’t make anyone a hypocrite . It means they’re human. Serving god the right way is the hardest thing we as man have ever had to do. Most give up on the struggle. Atheists have it easy. Well in this life anyway.
