LOL working out only adds a few years to life expectancy

"A comprehensive review found that those who partake in regular physical activity can increase their life expectancy by 2 to 4 years..."

LOL at putting in all that effort for 2-4 years, which is when you're old anyway

Smugness intensifies about lazymaxxing while others are at the gym or going for their morning jog LOL

It improves your quality of life too. You wake up feeling better, you're in the doctors office less, you have more energy, you have better boners etc

Whereas if you're not working out maybe you're stuck in the hospital from heart attacks or diabetes

Its not like dying early is just instant. If you're losing your health it's a slow decline and your life is noticeably worse

I never thought about exercise as longevitymaxxing.

You workout so that you're not weak and frail while you're alive.

The difference that working out makes is that you’ll be less likely to spend the last 10 years of your life hooked up to oxygen chitting yourself while 3rd world orderlies smack the chit out of you because they have to clean up your messy azz and bed sores.

Instead you’ll be the Chad of the over 55 retirement community having bîtches dropping off pastries and casseroles for letting them have the pleasure sûcking your càwk with their teeth out.

How many reasons can you need? You're basically an idiot if you don't work out

Researchers predicted it could be even greater because of exercise’s ability to decrease major risk factors attributed to mortality. Regular exercise in combination with four other healthy lifestyle factors, including not smoking, maintaining a healthy weight, eating a healthy diet, and drinking alcohol in moderation, can prolong a 50-year-old female’s life by 14 years and extend a male’s life by 12.2 years.
Exercise will get you through times of ill health better than no exercise will get you through times of good health.

And if you get 3 years, great.
