I check my emails or shop on amazon from time to time. Im thankful that the HBBs and other thots at my gym dont seen to be the type that are videoing themselves and doing childish **** on their phones. People seem to have gym etiquette where im at.

If I'm not actively lifting I'm usually on my phone looking up songs or something. What else am I supposed to do in between sets? flirt with old dudes? Stare at other people while they're lifting? Not sure why old people will judge people for being on their phones, then spend 10 mins in between sets talking to randos

When I used to lift, close to none at all. I liked to get in the zone, lost in my music/podcast.
