Yesterday our ****** hero vivek kills his campaign by rapping Eminem, now desantis getting embarrassed about claims he eats pudding with fingers.

It's so over for the gop. Where do we go from here? Why are our candidates such huge dorks? Just look at desantis here...

The more I see of Ron DeSantis on the national stage, the more I wish the guy had just stayed in Florida and held out for a Senate seat from Florida to open up down the line or something. He's been a good governor for them in Florida, but the dude was just not cut out for a presidential run, at all.

DeSantis has been objectively an incredible governor. If your view of him has changed one iota in the past six months, you are an idiot. I think he's a great governor too. The issue isn't what i think of him...it's all the masses of idiots that do buy into this character/likable schtik for a president. Ron can't connect with them. I could care less if my president is likeable or charming....but most people do....

I agree that he's been a great governor for Florida. Most states in the union should be jealous of them for having him.

None the less, you need to be able to sell yourself on a national stage if you want to run for President. So far, DeSantis hasn't been able to convince people at all. He should have waited until 2028 when he'd have more experience under his belt and when Trump wouldn't have been in the way. Too bad DeSantis probably already ruined his political career with this dumpster fire of a campaign he's been running.

Plus...during his military career, DeSantis was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the Iraq Campaign Medal.

not to downplay this or anything, but all of those are pretty generic "thanks for your service medals" especially the bronze star. they literally handed those out like candy to anyone O3 and above depending on the unit.

DeSantis campaign is basically nonexistent, no idea what he's doing. But I really don't get all the people saying he should have waited for 2028. It was now or never. Once Blumpf loses next year, anyone associated with him will be so toxic that any national ambitions would be over. That includes DeSantis.
