Like, seriously. This sucks.

This terrible morning really just drove that home. I won't get into all of it but I walked 14 blocks in an excessive heat warning to get some attorneys lunches at my job today. One of the many bad things that happened today. And I get paid 16 hourly, and my take-home for the year? 24k.

But nooo, I can't leave this job. I just got here in April, I can't leave so soon. Gotta stick it out so I'm not a "job hopper".

I don't do much at this job, I'll admit that. But jeez. I'd do a little bit more if it meant I didn't have to ration my food budget.

I'm saving for a car and I gave in and took out 300 out of the 1200 that's in there so far. I only need to save around 3,600 for a car but gosh I just got the money out because I LIKE having money. I was sick and tired of sitting here and not having any, so I caved in. It sucks but I did it. Gonna have to make it up now, why? Because I'm not rich. Because I'm not a big boss somewhere who does the same amount of work I do and yet him, whilst I'm writing this, is just making thousands. Thousands. Incomprehensible the fact that by the time my day is done, I'll have made 120. Not 120 of my money though... That's probably going towards gas and saving for a car.

Then someone else just made 5k. Or 1k. Or 15k. I'm bitter, that's right. Oh and one of the attorneys just told me they're gonna go see Beyonce tonight. Have fun. I'll go eat my white castle sandwhich when I get home and play the Sims and pretend I'm rich there, and go fuck myself while I'm at it.
