Shout out to the male cop willing to take his chances with a potential gun vs taser only to have it ruined by a shaky female officer who shoots an already tazed man in direct line of fire of a child and the worlds worse mother.
The states response should be confiscating that child, firing that cop, giving the male cop a raise, burying the mentally deranged idiot and that mother on top of him, and slapping the two ham beasts that sat on a curb and watched as their sibling died instead of trying to communicate better.

The guy was clearly attempting a suicide by cop and succeeded. Now the cops as well as the woman and her child have to deal with the trauma of this event, all thanks to this piece of **** that didn't want to observe the rules of a society.
