You do realise tigers are predators, they would stalk the gorilla and kill it. The gorilla has bad sensory capabilities, is slower, and lighter, and a weaker bite.

Silverbacks are too dumb. Adult sized chimp like the one that tore that womans face off would fair better because it would have the brains to know to gouge the eyes out or rip the tigers balls off srs
