Don't be fooled by the fact that Donald Trump's legal team lost more than 60 court cases regarding the 2020 election. Donald Trump has the evidence NOW! He's just been holding onto it this whole time! What a stable genius!
Donald Trump's new defense in this post is a criminal defense attorney's worst nightmare.
He is essentially arguing that the racketeering charges brought against him and 18 other co-conspirators in Fulton County should be dropped once he repeats the same fraudulent claims that led to his indictment.
Not that he was ever far off, but Donald Trump has now fully entered the rarefied space occupied by conspiracy theorist and MyPillow CEO, Mike Lindell.

It's fitting that Giuliani is now listed officially as an indicted co-conspirator. Donald Trump and his co-conspirators are finally getting the accountability they deserve.
Maybe if Trump is on his best behavior, they'll allow have one of his MyPillows in his cell. The more likely case? Bedminster will soon like more like Bedminster Total Landscaping.
