Full range of motion and pretty strict with no momentum, although it's not in a way where I can completely isolate my lats.

That’s really good. Best I could do was 21 good reps in one set.

With how many plates?
If that's with 2 plates or more it's very impressive

1 set of 12 for sure. I never really do pullups except for 1 set or so on occasion
I think you can do more than me, but it's not that impressive to be honest.

53 in 15 minutes. Most in a set was 12 though. I’m 6’3” 211lbs, not in great shape these days. I’ll be 40 in 3 months.
I **** around with pull-ups a bit. I’d like to do more but my job is physical so I kinda do go too crazy at times bc I don’t want to be tired at work.
I’m thankful for a physical job, sitting at a desk is the worst.
But only thing I really notice with age is the recovery times. My muscles/strength feel great (only limitation is not being as into lifting as I once was), my joints feel good, my test is good (naturally) and it’s all pretty good. The ONLY real drawback is with a physical job I now feel I hold back a bit on workouts on certain days bc I like coming home from work less tired.

Not great but not terrible. I think my max reps is 10 strict and probably 12 less strict
