Was there in Dec/January, it was awful. Absolutely filthy.

NZ and Australia are much nicer.

Was there in Dec/January, it was awful. Absolutely filthy. Couldn't believe that it's meant to be one of the richest cities on earth cos there was homeless people begging everywhere, and rubbish everywhere too.

It was ok by 5th Ave but even then it felt unsafe just a couple streets over.

NZ and Australia are much nicer.
