i asked relatives about this 1 area and they told me it was always there, while the rest of the city doesnt have this.

It was once a good city.

Many assumed the wrong idea that prosperity would come from partying and low aspirations after growing up in their middle class environment.

This only worked for a narrow group of Boomers, who got rich from momentum of the economy, not because it was a good idea.

Now, many who tried this are in Kensington.

philly has **** areas like this, but the city itself is still booming with top tier to up & coming restaurants and bars.


It will only improve srs. It just needs to get cleaned up
