Any miscers got sleep apnea?

Just got tested and apparently have moderate sleep apnea

I had a few times where I'd wake up gasping for air, maybe once a month and decided to get checked

Apparently bench pressing (building chest mass) isn't a great idea if you sleep on your back

Not diagnosed, but only when I sleep on my back.

Sleep on my side usually, but hurt neck a couple of years ago and had to sleep on back, for a month or so.

During that month would occasionally wake up abruptly, gasping for air, having stopped breathing normally.
