If he was already brandishing a gun that looked real and wearing a ski mask at that age, guarantee this kid won't learn a single thing and will be out on the streets robbing people shortly.

I know. I know. It's impossible to tell at such quick intervals, but could it be my guy was just putting the gun down? It did look like he was pulling it out, which may not have been smart either. Just leave it there and let the cop know.

He was putting it down. That's why he only received two rounds and not the entire magazine.

I watched it back to back but the cop didn't have that luxury.
All happens in 5-6 seconds and the kid says "its a bb gun."
Hands up except when he tries to disarm and gets killed disarming.
Watch from 1:16-1:25 and repeat 4 times.

That's what it looked like to me but in that situation that is the dumbest thing you could have done and got shot as a result. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Hopefully the kid lives and learns his lesson and goes on to be a stand up citizen but I'm gonna bet he'll be out and up to dinging again in no time.

What's up with these dumfuks waving around bb guns and airsoft guns? When i had bb guns I treated them like real guns, kept them locked away, didn't try to strong dick down the sidewalk with my plastic rifle and put people on edge.
