How To Meal Prep Efficiently Without Sacrificing Taste?
I don't mind eating the same thing for the week, but I do mind if its dry and tastes like chit.
Are there any websites, or youtube videos that demonstrate the Meal Prep well, or provide good bulk recipes?

Ummm… spices/seasonings? Also undercook a little bcuz reheating will finish the cooking process instead of just drying it out.

For me, I always try different sorts of meats and different ways of prepping them.
Also, if some meats are too boring to chew through, a food processor is a lifesaver since you can make any meat into burger patties or mince and eat them that way. This channel also has some good recipes too:

was gonna skip thread til i saw the pics
i'm on a diet now and it's literally ground beef/rice, grilled chicken/rice, or turkey/rice. i mix up the seasonings and hot sauces i use and i never really get bored of it.
on a diet you're normally hungry enough to not really care about taste. i also WFH a lot though so i don't really meal prep, i cook my meals every day, so that helps a lot too.

Since the top Sriracha is out of stock, I've been using Trader Joe's Sriracha.

for hot sauces, someone got me like a big sampler kit that has all kinds, so i go through those. there's like fukkin 12 in there, it's like a goddam briefcase of hot sauces, so i rotate the ones i like. would recommend if you like hot sauces, i've found some that i never would've tried otherwise.

Make 3 days worth and use spices.
Simple old school combo.
1- lawrys
2- black pepper
3- garlic powder
This goes on everything.
if you make more than 3 days the food gets gross and old tasting so just make enough for three days.

"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

Seasoning
Cooking larger pieces of meat and then shredding (use temp gauge to ensure just about cooked)
Low cal sauce
