Riddle me this boys (ancient Mesopotamian god)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ninurta

Ninurta is an ancient Mesopotamian god associated with farming, healing, hunting, law, scribes, and war who was first worshipped in early Sumer. In the earliest records, he is a god of agriculture and healing, who cures humans of sicknesses and releases them from the power of demons.

Austen Henry Layard, an English Assyriologist who was excavating Nimrud, an ancient Assyrian city that existed between 1350 BC and 610 BC found this stone relief (carving) at the city and displayed his findings in a book in 1853. This was one of the carvings of Ninurta.

Now this mad lad is chasing someone with lightning in his hands and a WRIST WATCH. Wrist watches were invented in 1810. How does this cheeky kent rock a timepiece already 1000 years before Christ?

considering that wrist band has the same motif as the arm band and shoulder strap then I'm gonna go with, that's not a watch.

That's not a watch. It's a " rosette" ( related to the lotus flower ) which is a symbol of many things depending on whether you read /x or the "official" interpretations. Deep rabbit hole ...

Also ... this is from the UK:https://www.alamy.com/stock-photo-he...-22428443.html

Yeah, it isn't like the calendar hasn't changed plenty. Like months were moon cycles, but that was inconvenient for taxes or something.
