Thinking about this, cause kickball league is tonight.

I've been showing up to this kickball league for 2 years basically with that as the end goal. Either meeting girls, or getting set up with girls. Also getting drunk as a skunk on Monday nights is a nice bonus. It's basically a bar with a rubber ball rolling thru the middle of it.

2 years in, there hasn't been any real eligible single girls. Thought there might have been one, turns out she's a lesbian. Anyway, so that leaves me with getting set up by teammates. And the only person who's mentioned anything about it specifically was like "lol, don't know anyone to introduce you to."

Do people actually set up their friends like post 2015? Or is that like a phuckin boomer meme from back when people had friends and chit.

I did a grand total of two meetup groups. 180'd out of both so fast. Back in the day, I went to a STEM magnet high school that was wall to wall male autists, and Meetup hadexactlythat same vibe.

This league isn't bad as far as quality of human beings, it's just a lot of married couples in their 30s.

i've never known anyone to set up another person on a date. I think thats another thing dating apps took away. Girls have no shortage of options for dates, just a matter of them sifting through all their options. Before dating apps there were scenarios where girls didn't come across any options same as guys. That no longer exists.
