This was actually a spot on answer.

When you aren't getting laid on a regular basis, sex can seem like a way bigger deal than it actually is. When you're getting laid at least once a week or more, and by the same person for years on end, it's kinda whatever, but still good of course.

yeah if you are done with sex in 5-20 minutes I would say it is overrated as well because you are just there to nut and be done.

If you focus on how good the act of sex can feel and realize it in and of itself is the destination and not nutting and have sex for a few hours at a time...there is no better feeling in the world
