I got a question for ya'll
Ok. Some of you know I have been trolling this place lately. Lost over 5k rep points while I srs laugh MFAO at the neg comments. Srsly makes it all worth it, best time I have had here in a long time. I am not saying that for any other reason (dead srs) then that my question is meant to be srs..
I was thinking about how we see things differently, at different times...
Ok forget my idiotic cuck trolling and left wings trigger threads... srs.. ya'll are easy to upset
So here is my question.
Not really in question format. I listen to Pink Floyd "comfortably Numb" the first time and didn't like it. Fast forward some months later and I hear it again and then I hear it again. Now. I love it. Probably my favorite song right now. Hits every feel. I love it. Been playing it about 4 times tonight alone. I hear what I have not before. I get what I have not before.
This is a brain issue obviously. My brain is doing something.
What.
Explain

There was a story about a guy named "Pink" (where the name Pinkman from Breaking Bad came from) who was touring and had all kinds of stuff going on happen but at the end of the day the song is simple. It is about a kid who had a fevor, was sick and got better. That is it. The singer said so. It as about his fever and he wrote a song about it and that was that. Because they were known as a drug band the lyrics became something they were not, and the band didn't bother correcting it until decades later because it was good for them.Isn't the song about h highs? Not very aspirational to resonate with.
