Got any tips for a newbie Helper Framer?
Slayin since I decided to break up with my gf to bang sluts.

Cool so what would I be doing as a Framer Helper? Also what would they teach me and when? What would be my job responsibilities as a helper / more experienced Framer Helper?

I like the job and the physical activity.
Also did all kinds of side jobs over a few decades.

OP:
Don't fret....you'll do fine.
Framing is an enjoyable part of the building process in my POV.
Although, I wasn't enamored with rolling trusses or doing foundation footings.
All that digging, getting forms squared up & re-barred & pouring the concrete footing only to tear the forms down after setup.

EDIT:don't forget to have your tools.
Bags, hammers, speed square, pier level.
Just a few suggestions to get you thinking.

Framed for a few months, its honest money. Real money is once you're good enough to fire up an LLC and work on piecework for a developer or larger clients.

I never had the balance to walk trusses out on garage walls.

Carrying wood

Spreading it out for the lead guys

You'll learn lay out and start off basic nailing

Laying out rafters with a framing square comes later

OP you need bags (tool belt holding tools), tape measure, framing hammer, cats paw, speed square, dykes (diagonal pliers), pencil / sharpie, torp e d o level, multi-screwdriver (7 in 1 or something)

but they are probably just going to have you move and stack lumber, maybe make cuts to start out
