It's an ego thing with guys, they don't feel good about a deal unless they put you through the ringer about something.

One time I called a dealership to ask about a car to see if it was available and it was. Next thing you know the guy added like $200 to the listing price lol.

If it's a good report I would, simply because it gives you way more bargaining power and a way to fend off lowball offers.

I think it's a good selling point in general to have a report available. At least I'd want to see the report if I was buying used.

If the dude is serious and you've got nothing to hide.

If its just some rando going back and forth on FB Marketplace....fuk right off with that.

But like others have said.....probably not a bad idea to spend the $50 to just have to report to present with the car when people come to look at it....gives you more bargaining power to not have to budge on the price.

how much interest are you getting in it?

I wouldn't spend the fifty...Just have them sign a bill of sale that states "as is condition"... I've sold 4 of my cars this way...Good luck.
