Is there less motivation to workout when it's fall / winter ?

- where everybody is out in jackets because it's cold

- in the summer and spring you can show your physique off easier with a t shirt/ shorts

- one thing is for sure though if you don't stay fit your face will look fat in all seasons

Women don't shave as often in the colder months and it's disgusting. Should 100% be an arrestable offense.

it’s gonna take longer than a summer lol, just keep at it. I’ve always just wanted to get as big and lean as possible. 13% is the sweet spot, can still fill out clothes but have visible abs too

In IL the heat and humidity in the summer is unbearable so I barely do anything outside most of the time and don't even want to workout at all. Fall is when I am outdoors almost everyday and all day outside of work. That includes working out/running/rucking. Winter is PRIME time for going to the gym in your sweats and cranking out heavy weight sessions just building strength.

I actually get in better shape duting Fall/Winter every year. I think it's because although there's less motivation, it's a lot easier for me to do intense workouts when the weather is comfortable and not humid. During Fall when it's like 60 degrees and low humidity out, I can ride my bike 25 mi easily in a day.
