No. You get a couple of extra reps, but it's not cell tech.

I wouldn't go so far to say it makes a big difference, but it definitely makes A difference.

When I take it after not taking it for a long time, you can get a few extra reps and maybe go slightly heavier than usual.

It makes your lifts feel a little easier.

With creatine, I feel I can do an extra rep or two. In the long run it's helpful. Plus creatine has a host of health benefits too.
