foley knew how to work and foley was an A+ promo. foley also didn't compete in karate tournaments geared towards children

I’m biased because I watched Mox in czw and thought it was cool how he made it big when he signed in the wwe. And I like how he kinda made death matches mainstream in aew. he’s over with me brother

foley was never the wort pushed main eventer of his era. one could argue that creative could've even squeezed a little more juice out of foley as a top guy while in retrospect, moxley felt like a charity case in wwe and feels like a complete joke in aew.

Death matches are fine if they felt a bit real. But those kunts are slower at setting up a spot and the recipient sitting there waiting for the aggressor to stab/cut/hit/whatever them knowing what's gonna happen is fuking retarded.

So is beating the chit out of one another then hugging it out post match before heading back stage to enjoy the beer and hotdog payout after.

It's like watching a women's match but with blood and weapons.

This. All Dean Ambrose had was the excitement of school girl gossip about a WWE name that went to the rival company. That wore off about 3 years ago. When that wore off, Tony Kahn bought him the rights to a main stream song so fans would care again. Beyond the entrance, no one cares.
