Pretty much this....just walking around at 40% all day.

been taking 5mg/day for about 45 days........stopped taking daily.....I got tired of the inconvenient boners & having to wear boxers all the time and not being able to really wear soft/dress pants anymore.

great pumps in the gym
random, rock hard, annoyingly frequent boners
like 2-3x better stamina...sometimes having to take a break b/c Im numb
