Is Romans killing Jesus Christ the biggest lie in human history

what incentive did the romans have in killing him? oh yeah none. What incentive did the jews have? ALOT. even in the bible it says that Jerusalem is the city of killing prophets. i mean simple logic would clearly point out it was the jews? now could the romans have been involved maybe but at the end of the day it was the jews who pulled the trigger

Well, the Romans always had trouble in keeping Judea under control and since the Jewish religious leaders wanted Jesus to be offed, the Romans thought, "Oh well, as long as it keeps this area quiet and people pacified, it's all good" and that's why they crucified Jesus.

During the 1st century something like 38 men with the same name as Jesus were crucified.

Chances are he was one of those crucified.

The bible blame the jews for putting the Romans up to it.
Some historians think he was killed by the Romans for the violence he committed on the money changers in the temple.

According to the Bible (believe it or not) he was put to death by a Roman court, at the behest of the local populace. Can we not leave it that?

Huh? Have you read the Bible? That was never in question.

Even Pontius Pilate knew Jesus was innocent. He even said it himself, and washed his hands of it. It was the Pharisees ordered Jesus to be crucified.
