Should I kick out my tenant?

She just blew up my phone with texts and called me multiple times at 3am my time, the day I have to fly18 hours back home, to tell me her dog had a seizure and that she has to put her down tomorrow. She thought I’d want to know because I walk the dog from time to time…..

I just lost 3-4 hours of sleep for no reason. I’m so pissed right now.
