The only historical example I can think of was the rape of Sabine when Roman soldiers kidnapped the Sabine women in order to find wives and by the time the Sabine men organized an army and came after the Romans, the Sabine women were already pregnant or had babies and they told their men to not kill the Romans or else they would lose their husbands and fathers.

My fault; OP was referring to maintaining "whiteness". I can't think of too many white-majority countries invaded or taken over by non-white military forces and intermingling with them. I guess maybe the Ottoman Empire defeat and take over the Byzantine Empire. The local populations were subjugated by the Turks, converted to Islam, and intermarried with the conquerors. Maybe also the Ancient Persian Empire taking over Greek colonies and the local population intermingled with them.

Pretty much all white people I see still date other white people. There's a lot of confirmation bias in people wanting to believe otherwise.
