My day:
Dunkin Donuts- Lady behind the desk couldn't speak English,but she was extremely fast
Golf Course-many of them taking care of the greens and fairways.Course looks beautiful
Pool-Cleaning the pool,bathrooms and trees at my parents complex
Mcdonalds for an ice cream-Fast service and smiles from the Haitian workers

These jobs used to be ways young Americans could move out of their parents homes and start a family.

Now they get you about 25% of the way there.

Well, that's normal. Immigrants enrich our society. I recently read a cool article about immigration and I'm all for people coming from other countries and impacting the economy. Besides, developed countries often don't have enough workers. I don't know why people think immigration is bad.....

Immigrants keep the wealthy rich by doing things for cheap keeping the labor market low. So do a lot of welfare programs that give incentive to making less money so people get benefits and then use these low wage jobs as spending money.

Sure though, immigrants who come here know about hard work because to them this is a huge opportunity and they don't take it for granted.
