Probably woke up at 4 am. Had some green tea before going on a 3-5 mile run before hitting the weights. Made a few calls and hit his sales numbers for next month before 8 am. Followed that up with shooting a smooth 68 at the local invite only private golf course, before going to get a massage following the round. Feasted like a king before going to boxing class.

A day of Mogging at work, followed by additional time spent on professional development, followed by a strenuous training (and sparring) session at the Muay Thai gym (where he mogged yet again), followed by a very healthy and bland meal (tasty food is for degenerates and betas). This will then be followed up with a couple hours of meditation and an ice cold shower.

Multiple sloots will be blowing up his phone and his DMs on instagram...but Thomas is a man of discipline, not a feral hedonist.

He will proceed to fall asleep on a wooden plank. Beds and mattresses are for soft faygots.
