I theorized about this this years ago...that perhaps nature's way of handling the rise in incels is to have more and more men becoming women to balance things out amongst female and male relationships/sex.

Perhaps in 20 years about 30% of incels will become women and enter relationships with incel men. If they want children they can always adopt or use a surrogate.
