Interviewed for developer today

What is going on in this world. First guy I get actually looks like he is fapping so I’m like what are you doing and he literally admits to fapping. Later I think I got a guy and he just pulls out a dub and hits it out of a bong right In front of the camera. I’m like your camera is still on and he starts laughing. Like wtf!!
