brits cope hard with calling americans things like "fat yanks" ect when if you look at the numbers they are like 2% less obese than americans and that is probably only due to importing all those goat herders and africans that bring their average down.

Not awares on some chitty Welsh town. England's obesity rate is 26%. Only Colorado, Hawaii and Washington are on that level afaik.

People here generally atrocious diets in general, don’t do any form of exercise apart from odd steps and drink beer multiple times a week.

brb greggs sausage rolls for breakfast and a fat doner kebab from takeaway for dinner combined with excessive snacking sweets, crisps and 10 pints of larger.

Even when I go to the gym and see in shape/jacked people I’d say 90% of them are under 30 srs.

Very rare to see anyone in good shape after 30, hell many let themselves go by 24-25 srs.

Actual Turkish grilled chicken kebab with lamb shish is healthy and a good meal, decent macros with lots of protein.

Doner kebab is a disgusting lard processed version with god knows what in it and contains 1000+ calories alone with barely any protein
