China has built the world’s largest naval fleet, more than 340 warships, and until recently it has been regarded as a green-water navy, operating mostly near the country’s shores.

But China’s shipbuilding reveals blue-water ambitions. In recent years it has launched large guided-missile destroyers, amphibious assault ships and aircraft carriers with the ability to operate in the open ocean and project power thousands of miles from Beijing.

I don't know **** about geopolitics, but i have a good intuition and I think China is 100% overrated

My first thought is that literally everyone hates them. I wouldn't be surprised if ****** put in work against them these coming years

Interesting take on social geography.

At the moment ****** hate Pakistanis, they fight each other with sticks at the border (they’re not allowed to use guns or war declarations). I think ****** and pakistan will kill each other and each not much else.

With such a large population of low ethnic diversity as china, the prospect of a NK'esq mindset weighs heavy on everyones mind.

The thing is, no one would be able to stop china if that were realized. They could mobilize several hundred millions and build a wartime economy supported by russia and iran.

Litterally an unstoppable force.

You just know the insides of the ships have crates of pigs and chickens and laundry hanging everywhere like in the Sand Pebbles.

Imagine how the plumbing and electronics and such work. has to be a nightmare in those ships.
