Pneumonia is miserable

Cough, body aches, fever, congestion, nausea, the most fatigue ever.

It hurts to swallow since my lungs are so swollen and I’m so hungry. Of course they don’t give you painkillers anymore.

I’ve worked from home all week but I’m worse now. Hopefully I will be able to work again on Tuesday as I used up my sick days this year so I can’t take unpaid days. I have about $3,000 worth of car repairs.

On a brighter note my daughter came home from college to visit me!

Yeah I'm like wtf how did I get this, although I've been on overload covering 3 jobs at work and taking care of my elderly family, along with working out 5x a week per my Dr.

This isn't a fun way to relax, though.

never had pneumonia. Also never had the vaccine, let alone the two or three you have had, OP. Your immune system is compromised. Hope this helps.

It's getting better today. I need this holiday to recover as I was pushing myself to work last week and I was so exhausted. We were working from home due to the Covid exposure but even then I had to lay down at times with the fever and aches.

I hope they will let me work from home tomorrow.
