So this is an article about the rumours/theories about GTA 6, and this part gave me a chuckle.
GTA 6 Story, Protagonist(s)
Grand Theft Auto 6 will reportedly star two bank robbers in a Bonnie & Clyde-inspired story, according to the aforementioned Bloomberg report. The dual protagonists are possibly named Lucia and Jason, with Lucia potentially marking the first female playable character in GTA’s 3D era.

The report noted no further plot details,though it did mention a change in Rockstar’s philosophy around satire: The company is reportedly making an effort to write fewer jokes at the expense of marginalized groups.

I read about the female protagonist a couple years back, I don't think they will ever make a GTA better than GTA IV to be honest. Would not surprise me if they follow through on the highlighted part. I remember playing GTA IV on the XBone after they did the backward compatibility and there were frequent updates to GTA IV, one of them I noticed is they changed, or removed some of the chit you'd hear on the radio and not just the songs.

Blah Blah Blah. I'm old enough to remember people getting rustled because San Andreas was announced with you playing a black character, and that was GOAT. GTA V had you playing three different people, so no shock in a Bonnie and Clyde story one would be a sloot.

I hate this weird internet trend of hating things before it's even out. Some people just want to be miserable.

Unless you're the type of person who buys shark cards and plays GTA:O religiously, I can't imagine thinking that there's hope for GTA6 when they've abandoned everything for that vapid money sink. Rockstar themselves (and certainly not Take-Two) have no respect or reverence for their own franchise and its history as shown by the GTA trilogy ports (I won't even credit them as remakes/remasters/whatever) and Take-Two has repeatedly taken against modders who just wanted to fix their pathetic messes.

Is it the guy who wrote rdr2? the writing in gta v was beyond trash ....... rdr2 meanwhile was amazing. I hope all the people who were on the rdr2 writing team is doing gta 6 ..... 5 is probably one of the worst, cringiest writing in a game.

No wonder why Red Dead Redemption 2 was so lush and full of detail, it was the swansong of the company, and for their most important founders and creatives.

The gaming industry is completely fukked. Every single company is being infested by these woke Tumblr Marxists who are more invested in dishing out propaganda than they are enjoyable escapism.

Saints Row and GTA were all we had left for these big sandbox crime games. They're both dead.

I would love to see games like Scarface, True Crime, Getaway and Mafia make a comeback.

Seeing company after company be cannibalized by woke retards = the industry is fukked. I'm not saying there is no good games, I'm saying pretty soon there won't be any.

What have you played this year that was good? I enjoyed Dead Island 2, was a fun enough game. But for every fun game there is some propaganda piece shoving gender bullsh!t and critical race theory in people's faces, or Activision using AI to ban users who say naughty words.
