Yeah man, we get it. Most of us have been through that kind of thing multiple times in our lives, got the souvenir T-shirts for it and the whole nine yards. It sucks, but dwelling on it does absolutely nothing to improve anything about any of it. You're best off trying to put it out of your mind as much as possible and focus on the present and what you can do to maximize your current situation in life.

I don't follow or associate with any of my exes. That always seemed weird to me unless you have kids with an ex and thus have to maintain some sort of civil communications with the ex for the sake of the kids. I really couldn't care less what any of my exes are up to in life, because they are 100% irrelevant to me and have been since the days I broke up with them.
