Have any of you ever tried making homemade fried chicken sandwiches?

What recipe did you use?

Not sure where to start.

No, because I realize that I can pay someone $4 per sandwich and not have to worry about making a giant oily mess in my kitchen and throw away $5 worth of oil that I only used once.

It's not hard though. Just pound out chicken breasts, then dip them in egg wash then into flour with pepper and whaterver other spices you want, then directly into hot oil.

Eventually you'll realize that paying $10 for an 8 piece bucket at KFC is a much cheaper and tastier option though.
